Getting the following since hotfix today: Unable to write to Exception: Cannot open file - D:/EverQuest/EQGraphics.dll (13) - http://eq.patch.daybreakgames.com/patch/sha/eq/eq.sha.zs/3c/7f8/f8eca56ee1a3661e855db9b532dbf628641. The file may be in use or you may lack the necessary permissions to install.
Have you rebooted your computer or shut down any EQ instance that you are running? Error message points to the file being in use.
I was getting unknown error at server select on AB yesterday after lagging out in game, I gave up in the end. Sun is shining today, so I may spend the day in the garden instead of playing.
I hit that error last night as well - all I had to do was log out of my running EQ instances and then back in.
That also happens when your antivirus blocks the file if its not because EQ is running, make sure to exempt EverQuest folder from real time or on access scan.
