Royal Silver Crown Converting fails

'The item was successfully converted' message appears but item is not converting.

Works fine on FV.

It comes ready to put on instead of the player's helmet. The convert is to change it to an "augment" to fit into the HF slot 21 on the helmet itself.

It has to be in an open inventory slot to convert, not in a bag

It works in a bag slot.

Check closely, it goes to the same slot it was in not to the cursor. One is named Ornamentation, one isn't.

Convert works in a bag.
