Fixed Internally extra planar potential shard

Might be a bug or maybe an oversight, but I think extra planar potential shard are not dropping in Laurion's Song at all. And Im not 100% sure they dropped in Night of Shadows either.

I've not seen one drop the last few years.

Have not seen one drop in a while, maybe bad range or needs a look into.

I mentioned this in the AMA thread and he said he needed more context. /chuckle.

Looking at Magelo data it seems like the last time these dropped was in TOL expansion.

I think there's already another thread on this somewhere.

They definitely dropped in NoS because I got a few.

This is valid. Will get this fixed for next update.

Hope the sellers on Tunare enjoyed the prices I've been paying for these, cuz if they're dropping again, I'm dropping prices!
