    Here is exact situation
    Overthere (Ring of Scale)
    124 Mage (Gnome)
    108 SK (Human)
    108 Shaman (Barbarian)
    107 Ranger (Human)

    Kill 110 mob (Mysterious Sarnak)
    107 Ranger gets 0.359%
108 Shaman gets 0.224% makes sense so far
    108 SK gets 0.110%

    Same pattern repeats.
SK getting ~half the XP of the same level Shaman on every kill.
No LoTD, no vitality on the other characters.
SK just getting half the XP of the Shaman.

    Thoughts? Ways to fix?

Is the Shaman the first to aggro the mobs? I don't actually think that matters since the shaman and shadow knight are level 108 and RoS is a 110 max-level expansion. But since you have a level 124 in the group, maybe something has changed.

Other than a bug, the only other thing I can think of is if your SK has 50% of experience going to AAs.

With the devs admitting they nerfed xp back in December and putting a cap on how much you can get at one time, it wouldn't surprise me at all if something got screwed up with the xp from mobs...either by design or by accident.

Ok, I tried Howling Stones (RoS).
Similar, but no longer half, more like 30%.
I found that one had XP sharing on, which should have capped a long, long time ago.
    Rerunning tests.

Are you in a fellowship and are you sharing experience?

    Reran tests.
Once i turned XP sharing off both 108 characters were again getting the same XP.
I guess I thought fellowship was a straight 10-20% reduction, apparently its more like a fixed amount.
So if the XP gain for a mob was small half the XP was getting sucked away.

So not a bug. Just the system being complicated.
I hadn't changed sharing since the character was 100, I thought it would have capped long ago.
