Journeyman Speed + Persona

    I completed my Journeyman speed 6/6 and persona'ed on my character used my compass I gained the Journeyman speed 6/6 but I didn't gain the speed yet the AA says it is Lv 1

    What does your velocity say on the stats page when running?

    32 Necromancer runs 55 but that is because of the Innate run speed my other accounts run at 55 too so the Journeyman speed is broken
