[QoL] Exit from the raid instances 'Final of Fugue' and 'The Artisan and the Druid'

After defeating these raid events, there is no NPC you can say 'leave' to. In the Final Fugue, Elmara is there but she has no exit keyword. And I suppose you could run 5000 miles all the way back to the start in The Artisan and the Druid, but seriously...

Can we please have an easy way out of these raid instances?

While we're at it, please update the corpse pile once raid is complete at the final location where chest spawns instead of the zone in spot.

Additionally, Coin would be nice.

The doors work but agreed there should be an NPC at the chest or nearby, not 45 miles across the zone.

Also, if you banner in to an instance, saying leave or dropping the expedition should place you outside the instance, not The Plane of Knowledge.

Instead of putting the npc at the chest, move the chest to the exit door.

What? No. Where you finish the event should have the chest and the exit path.
