Why does the Lustrous Assaulters neck drop in AC compared to the Fine Sparkling Harassers. There is not massive gain in hps or Attack that could be said to balance it. Upgraded neck after all raid wins has 88 less AC. I can see saying that mellee don't need AC but it should not go down.
Focused on that and completely missed the bigger question. Why does the Assaulters Collar have Radiant Resurgence - Increases the Potency of Healing Spells by 155-180%? Have the same affect on the Protectors Collar which is okay for SKs (lifetaps) and Paladins but does not help Warriors much.
