As discovered via this thread, it appears that this new recipe is trying to use Thick Suspension Fluid when every other recipe in the Myrmidon's Sloth line uses Suffusing Suspension Fluid.
Myrmidon's Sloth XIX (ToV) Myrmidon's Sloth XIX (ToL) Myrmidon's Sloth XIX (LS) All use the wrong Suspension fluid. All other levels of Myrmidon's Sloth, including the original XIX use Suffusing Suspension Fluid, these three use Thick Suspension Fluid.
