Good point, if you care about maxing trophies. I only have maxed trophies on one char per TS, so that I can make all of the "seals" for the AP myself (those require a maxed trophy to make). All my other chars and TSs have trophies at 12% (6/7), because it's just not worth the effort to get every trophy on every char to max level.
It's super easy to max most trophies now. Just use Overseer and select the Night of Shadows rewards. I got Jewelcraft, tailoring, blacksmithing, baking, brewing all maxed with just cheap storebought items using the rewards. I realized that finding things for sale in bulk quantities in the bazaar at low prices opened up recipes not suggested in the guides. I ended up doing rocketeer boots and mirage goggles to skill up Tinkering.
