Lets have a TLP DoD start. After character select, everyone spawns by monster mission shroud person. Normal xp is off. You gotta use shrouds. Say raids can only do em with shrouds. LFG system, people LFG, easily goto the shroud instead of 65, you pick 10, and you play with those people. Easy. Achievement system. Beat emperor crush with lvl 5 shrouds. Gotta form a raid so you can do it. Or kite em or something.
I think this one has even less of a chance of anyone wanting to play on it, and thus a complete non-starter, than a PvP server.
