I'm guessing anything that could be changed simultaneously by multiple players in different zones is high risk for item loss or dupe bugs; otherwise it would be slow to use (like Overseer slow when filled with a lot of items) as it checks that two people didn't withdraw the same item at once. it might work if the fellowship bank was in somewhere like PoK, GL, or Baz only. But those zones are already very busy.
Or at least do us the courtesy of updating on the status. Has it been cancelled? Fine, just let us know.
