The spell vendor in CoV WW has a 112, 113, 114 and 115 BST Rank 1 spell. Allakhazam lists a 111 BST CoV Rank 1 spell named Composite Fury. Where can the scroll be found? Unchecked the "show only spells I can use" box just to make sure and it still was not listed.

This line of spells progresses as you complete the Champion, Paragon and Conqueror of Claws of Veeshan. Rank 4 is the max for completing group progression, while completing all raids yields Rank 6. Somewhat unrelated, but using dichotomic fury for the entirety of the rest of the current game is advised instead of the "upgraded" versions such as composite. The all provide the same adps (all that really matters) but future versions cost unproportionate higher mana for less mana return to your group.
