I don't know if this is an error on Allakhazam or not, but they list the crafted Harmonagate augs as Prophecy of Ro, like Square Cut Harmonagate https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=47914 But that aug is a type 11, and slots are Face, Ear, Neck, Wrist, Finger. Cultural wrists have a type 11 slot, but what is there in PoR or older that has a type 11 slot for Face, Ear, Neck, or Finger? I can't find any website with a search tool to find items with specific aug slots.

So, Prophecy of Ro adds augments for jewelry that doesn't exist until Secrets of Faydwer? Something doesn't seem right here.
I cannot speak to how things unlock on the TLPs for jewelcraft. I am just answering the question as to what the Type 11s can go into and when they were introduced to live.
