Insignia of the King's Hand not reflecting current stats

    Location: -20.37, 2.74, 2.62, 12.16

    Description: Insignia of the King's Hand not showing the correct stats even though Aquamaryne has the hunter task completed for LoS. Please fix so i can use the raid item
