If you were to make a new character and want to make sure they get all the most important items/stat buffs/etc from each expansion, what would you consider vital? Things like Dragons of Norrath progression stat increases, the achievement stat increases from completing quests in later expansions, or perhaps items like the Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring? What are the things to focus on as you level up?

Keep in mind that most clickies are not actually useful at high levels. There are gigantic lists of a 100+ things that "can" be clicked, but no one ever uses them. As you get to high level, the vast majority of them have a very minuscule impact that they aren't worth the time. The ones useful tend to be very class specific and few/far betwwen. Epic 2 is brokenly powerful for maybe 3 classes, occasionally useful for others, and a waste of bag space for some. It would be helpful if you said which class, so you could be pointed at which (if any) items were good to get.
