Brother, nobody who goes 40 missions without a cloak drop is *ever* going to forget about how they dropped evolving items in Laurion's Song. I'm still at 4 necks in 60 missions, haven't seen a neck in 34 missions.

Never finished collects in NoS. That's insane. I'm supposed to go away from the mission area and kill non-mission mobs in an instance? Name another mission like that. Since you only were able to come up with one.
Terror of Luclin: - Lingering Shadows (Drops in Shei Vinitras mission) - Vampire Chess Set (Drops in Close the Gate mission) Claws of Veeshan: - Flame-licked clothing (Drops in Aaryonar mission) - More lost journals (Drops in Crusaders mission)
TOV had Chilly Critters in Kael mission, Useless Tools in Velks, and Bare Necessities of a Simpler Time in the GD mission. There's even one in the Tempest Temple mission back in TDS, though I forget which it is now skimming the achievement page.
I just gave a very very recent example to prove it, I never offered a comprehensive list which would be way off topic for this thread.
TBL also has sets drop from the Aalishai and Esianti missions... (did collects in Missions start in TBL?)
COTF, TDS and TBM had collects inside their heroic adventures (not a mission, but still an instance and you had to progress the HA to a certain point before they spawn). I think EOK did as well. ROS did not. To the poster that thinks it's so crazy, you're the one who hasn't been paying attention. Also, the drop rate is ridiculous. Should add it to the currency vendor. For an item that takes hundreds of hours to evolve, getting the initial item shouldn't be the gate.
I have completed 95 missions in total and seen 3 neck drops for a drop rate of 3.1%. While the overall drop rate may be higher than that it seems lady luck doesn't shine on us all. I honestly preferred questing for the item. Just my opinion.
