    Could not log in yesterday and only got a short session today before I zoned and was logged out. Now can't get back it again.
    Guessing we on AB are going to miss the Holiday bonus again.

    It is being looked into, as soon as there is news, it will be posted. Name calling, calls for people to fired, insults, or defaming statements aimed at the company, or staff will not be tolerated however.

    Attempted to Gate, client hung for a while, then went back to server select screen. . Selecting AB server from the list hangs, then goes to 1017 error.

    Selecting another server (Bristlebane) works okay.

    While it would not help to fix the problems any faster, I strongly believe that telling us what the issues are would comfort many people. I am pretty sure there are enough people here with an IT background who would be able to understand even a technical explanation and thus let us appreciate your efforts more. Keeping us in the dark instead heats up the temper, leads to name calling and insults and makes everyone unhappy.
    At the end, it is all about perception.

    What would be really useful, as ever, is some indication of timeframe - eg 'it won't be up in less than 2 hours' so we're not sitting here all night mashing the laundchpad (again). When people get cross it's because The Powers That Be seem to not be cognisant of how folk are affected
