Anyone have a write up for the collar of legacies lost?

It's still fairly early but has anyone put together a list of the items and what you need to unlock each?

Allakazam and EQ Resources both have the items but nothing about which progressions unlock each rank.

Base collar: dropped from the 2 missions
second collar: Champion of LS
third collar: Paragon of LS
fourth collar: Challenger of LS
fifth collar: Hunter of LS
sixth collar: Conqueror of LS
Final collar: Vanquisher of LS

Same as the cloak

Aug slot 18/19s id assume.

Its the number of type 18 and type 19 slots.

I was trying to get an idea of the number of 18/19 augs I'll available and which augs I should make.
