The Gallant Focus of Fortitude/Heroism appear to only be an droping from the 'a_fading_chest' in the group mission Hero's Are Forged. They do not appear to be a loot option from the chest in the Final Fugue mission. Not sure if this is an oversight or intentional.
I would assume it is intentional. In NoS not every mission dropped the focus. Never have seen it from the Door.
That made sense with 4 missions, but with only 2 they really need to drop any restrictions about loot and just have both missions drop everything.
