I use the Spirit of the Lost clicky to point out where collection items are, and I consistently get one located at -1396,-1266 in Timorous Falls showing up. There is nothing there that is visible, so I am lead to conclude they are under the world. I should add, I did attempt to search the bug reports, but your server never responds in time to the search request.
