Fixed Item window always shows item name in green

    Before this patch the item window would draw the item's name in Green if it was usuable by me, and Red if it was not usable by me. Now all gear shows with a green name whether I can use it or not.

    I truly hope this is a bug and not some intended change along the lines of "Oh if you bought latest expansion, then you COULD have any class as persona so could use ANY item, so we made them all show "green" i-e equippable, because, hey, Persona!" :(

    As of today's patch the item I was using to test with is now showing red. I can still equip it, but it's yellow and unusable.
