Mine was not decorated by a developer and is on a live server. It is fun to see it here though. I suck at doing screenshots!! I also have houses at 102 (you have to right click the roof above the door and hit enter) and 103 Market Heights.
And that should be noted on the post as well as it being player housing and not where the quest givers are. But, that also would admit a picture of the snowy island in Timourous Deep where the "start here" quest givers would be completely and utterly underwhelming to advertise the event.
