I have been trying to complete the Omens of war Hunter achievement and trying to get the rares to spawn in catacombs and I have not had any luck. I have had sources indicate that there are respawns and you camp the mobs like you would in open world. I have not seen these mobs respawn at all I've sat in the zone for an hour after killing some mobs and have not seen any respawns. I have cleared around 50 instance of catacombs during the increased rare bonus and have not seen any rares. I have read all the comments on Allah about the rares but I haven't been able to get any real useful knowledge on how to get these rares to spawn.
