- voting, terrible idea
+ random loot (or hybrid random loot ; 1 normal table + 1 or more random tables)
+ no required levels on items similar to vaniki
+ un-nerf AOC DZ XP and request lockout, make it match normal open world XP or 90%+ of it

Agnarr or Vaniki are pretty much perfect casual servers that already exist.

agree to disagree, they are pretty far from the suggested ruleset here.

The "casuals" would complain because all the raiders would burn through content as quick as ever and unlock content faster than even 12/8.

My perfect server minus the voting part. Voting was super stupid and manipulated.

In the long term, free trade will mean the server is overrun by bot groups like the Firiona Vie server.

Pretty much every server is overrun by bot groups these days. I think what you mean is it would be as popular as FV and Mischief, the most popular Live and TLP servers.

That is the opposite of casual and leads to FOMO.
