I typically give my pet 2x Basirt's Moonpiercer, Merc gear for applicable slots, and a set of Conflagrant. Is there currently a better set of armor for our pets these days? Thanks!
Mage summoned armor, focus jewelry, aggro axes for group or https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=116878 for raids (non-proccing cheap to manufacture stat weapons). Wnen not lazy I sometimes use TS legs with Ferocity like https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=113781 or https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=118367 and then I make a choice between +20% haste summoned mask vs crafted +43% haste belt like https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=113647 (all the crafted/bought items above are very cheap and easy to stock up with) And that is enough for my warder to tank anything weaker than raid bosses. No need to use conflagrant or above.
Ethernere Essence, the bane of my existence. Been using my overseer for collects, guess I'm gonna have to go back. Does the Sorcerer's Blade make that much of a difference?
It's majority's opinion these days that weapon proces from pet's weapons dramatically reduce pet's melee DPS on raids due to raid lag. And as such. most raid people insist on pets not using proccing weapons to both reduce the lag and increase pet's dps. And Sorecere's blade has no proc and very nice stats (+2300 HME + other stats) comparing to other pet-useable non-proccing weapons. Those Blades have affordable cost and as such are weapons-of-choice for my warder while raiding.
