Any changes that get pushed out to the client can get datamined. Sometimes its a leak from the beta server if its not proprly flagged beta only, or it could be a necessary push to test/live in order to maintain some kind of functionality in their systems. Theres a lot of text files that are used client side that contain a wealth of data. We also wouldn't know if its a placeholder string or the expansion name yet.

Audio On is the only option for every event. If true I know what xpac I am skipping. That is unless they get 3rd person swimming set to use the mouse only to move along the Z axis and not having to use Page Up or Page Down.
Hope they remove Faerune from all helms and make normal EB not work in the waters. Nothing better than someones buff fading mid raid and hear their toon gasping for air as they die.
