On my 3440x1440 monitor the fonts are a little hard to read in Everquest windows. I know I can increase the chat font, but that still leaves all the other windows and window titles. I also know about custom UIs, but all I searched for seem to be outdated. All I want is the normal UI with larger fonts. What would be nice if Ctrl+Mousewheel zoom was enabled for text areas in the UI. For example, using Ctrl+Mousewheel while the cursor is over the spell window zooms that text up or down permanently. The same if the cursor is over window titles.
I play in HD mode on my 4k monitor, and everything looks great. I do agree that fonts should be automatically larger on higher resolutions.
As was mentioned they are working on a new UI that will have the ability to scale and you can adjust it for the higher resolution monitors.
