The Night of Shadows expansion is not given as a reward choice using the Overseer Collection Item Dispenser. I've search for a explanation and cannot find one. Can anyone explain? I am full access player with all expansions purchased. Thanks for any help.
Overseer rewards are up to one expansion back. When the new expansion hits later this year, NoS rewards will unlock.
Collections are like Auto Grant and free expansions. A couple expansions delayed. At least with Overseer you will have just enough time that if you run missions with collects as the reward you should have enough by November to finish all the sets when we can get them.
