Crestra will only respond if you manually type out "Crystalized Lava Wurm Bead" with different spelling. Since the spelling of the item in game was changed at some point to "Crystallized Lava Wurm Bead", the spelling of the text response expected by Crestra needs to be updated the same way. (flubbed the title of this post, but can't edit it)
Also the related task "Measure of the Dead" has the same issue. Crestra talks about [Crystallized Goo] but doesn't accept your response when you click on that link. Have to manually type "Crystalized Goo" instead.
This is true through out the game - some quests you can click on what is linked in the conversation and others you have to /say it and still others is a slightly different response than what is linked. I always thought it was because #1) older quests were coded different and #2) they changed devs around and not all of them use the link feature when building the quests.
