Saturday some characters acquired a loot lockout for Deepshade: The Artist, from killing basepop for Luck augs. Sunday we picked up a new DZ after completing Myconid Mutiny successfully. When we zoned into the new instance of Deepshade: The Artist, the NPC to begin Demiurge was not in zone. Guildmates confirmed the raid NPCs weren't up for demiurge inside the previous instance either. We had to drop the characters from the raid who had the loot lockout to re-re-request so we could access the raid. TLDR: Having Deepshade: The Artist Loot Lockout prevents you from accessing Dance of the Demiurge.
Worked fine for us last night. Dropped after myconid because instance was awful, got new one. No problems.
This has hit us Friday and Monday night in two different guilds. We had to disband the raid and re-form to clear it for one of those times. Providing the raid leader a message of WHO HAS THE LOCKOUT would be a solid improvement.
We had a loot lockout that we shouldn't have had! (i know, because it was mine), but the raid still worked ok for us. The raid leader should absolutely already be getting a message with whose lockout it is, unless it is their own.
