Info Needed Yelinak zone The Deep Not spawning mobs

The camp for
Wand of Imperceptibility

including Koxiux the Imperceptible is not spawning 3 of the 5 mobs in the zone.
not sure if it needs reset but the characters involved in camping the content are Skraal, Lillyrose, and Jiato. All of these characters are camping here in group for Wand of Imperceptability.

They are spawning in the Cazic server. Maybe RNG for ya.

I think he is saying that 3 phs are not spawning in their places. That wouldnt be RNG.

Someone pulls a mob in large numbers and the upset mob gets caught all over the erea.
I think this server downtime has resolved the problem, but if someone pulls a large number of them, it will happen again.

Is this still happening?
