The PoP flagging system is one of the most feared and hated processes in the land. Sooo, did you also do at least 1 PoJ trial successfully? Then a hedge? Did you say the "what ward" to the NPC in PoT by the sewer pipe to PoD? Have you talked to the dorf in pok to get your idol, and the seer to de-screw your flags (possibly multiple times.)
Now that they have achievements, they should really just scrap that archaic system and tie it to achievements.
On Agnarr most people still do it fairly regularly due to making alts. No matter how many times one has done it before, it always still sucks Many derogatory comments have been made by players regarding the anonymous dev who not only created the system, but then came up with the half-buttocked Seer and Librarian to de-screw flags orders.
