Did all of the problems with loyalty tokens get resolved from their accumulation issue a few years ago? There was a time when they did not accumulate correctly about 4 or 5 years ago. I'm asking because I have one account which seems to get to max tokens pretty quickly and another account seems to be constant in the 3500-4000 range. Granted, I don't pay close attention to this and don't know exact numbers to look for each time my accounts are granted the next batch. I thought they were both corrected a few years ago, but the last few months I have looked, I continue to get a feeling something is still wrong with the one account. And yes, both accounts are paid for and neither, to my knowledge has had a period of time which they were not gold. Also if anyone has a link to a current & accurate post regarding what to expect each month or each payday from the loyalty system, please post in a reply.
There was also a period about a year ago where Loyalty payouts weren't always happening. I haven't seen that happen now in well over 6 months. I do track it on my accounts, and the payout is every 8 days. So, if you notice what day you see an increase, every 8 days after that should be the future payouts. Payouts should be 120/8 days, and I don't think the "acceleration to max rate" is a thing any more. FWIW, I'm also seeing 120/8 days even on my 3 F2P accounts (and not Silver, they are true F2P). Those accounts have only ever been paid one time, but still see the 120. Cap should be 5760, which again is what I see on all my accounts (paid-up Silver accounts, and unpaid F2P accounts).
important question is when will they change the bag sizes 16 was great back in the day but come on noone is buying the 16 slot bag when anyone can make the 20 ts bags
Probably because bags are in marketplace but yea 16 was alright back in the day now anything under 32 is a joke really.
I have a totally different pay out it seems. Every Sunday, rain or shine. I send an in game email to myself to track them. But they have been very steady for over two years. We did a lot of complaining before that. And there was a blip in 2021 right after a account maintenance type patch that wiped everyone's tokens but that was fixed in a day or two. The entire process seems to be random now as far as which account get what. Everyone has a different story. Just like getting your account to revert to Silver - some players still get it and some don't. Best and easiest thing to do is start tracking them your self. Send an in game email once a week (pick a day) and track them that way if you think your not getting what you should. Make sure your using the patcher to log in as that will affect if your getting the correct amount.
I bet your capped which means your not earning any until you spend. But this is a list of what I buy: Tokens of Resurrection - so my ranger can rez anyone even during battle when cleric mercs won't Token of Resurrection Alternate Currency - usually just once a year is enough to pay plot rent on about 53 plots Bag of Doubloons Unattuners - for passing around armor and collection shineys Urthron's Ultimate Unattuner Houses when I need more since they don't charge rent Zimel Style Plaster Manor, Stone Interior Gold Ticket to resell in baz since I have the Casino kit already. But I only buy these when there is nothing else and I am capped. So it lowers my total so I can earn more. Usually I will go for the Bag of Platinum first since those are filled with about 15k plat Both anchor packs when starting new alts on same accounts. Some players go for the food and the faction potions
I'm guessing he's saying that once a year, spending one full measure of Loyalty (5760) to buy coins, is enough to pay rent for 53 plots, not that he HAS 53 plots. Actually, my math shows it's enough for ~143 houses I have 13 houses, and since the mat stacking change from a few years ago, which consolidated a LOT of slots, I run about 1/3 empty on my plot storage. I can't see anyone needing more than ~20 houses before there's just not really anything else useful to store.
No, I have 53 plots and houses. And yes most are full. There are houses for unused Hero's forge armor A-I and J-P and Q-Z, a house for HF robes, one for hats, one for complete sets of chain or cloth, then we go onto the ones for collection items, again they are separated out alphabetically. More houses for food and to store each character's used HF and then we go to the tradeskill houses, pets, rewards, prizes, quest items any character can use.... it just goes on and on it seems lol. Doubloons only cost 11 tokens a bag. Each bag has 100 doubloons. Each plot costs 1 doubloon a day. So you get 100 days per bag of doubloons. A little less than 4 bags of doubloons (44 loyalty tokens) per year for one plot. So it doesn't cost all that much. Even for 53, but some of those are the free special houses.
Hats off to you! I see where I'm missing out, don't do HF, pets, rewards, prizes, etc. I guess that would take up a lot of room For collection items, I only have one house, and one spare that's empty right now. I just don't wind up running across that many that I wind up with piles and piles of extras. And I regularly bring higher level alts through to clean them out and use them. I'd be curious to know who has more houses than anyone else in EQ. My guess is you're definitely in the top 10!
That would be COOL! I'd be an Iksar slumlord and rent little dumps to gnomes and dwarves, then sell larger plots near them to trolls and ogres
