Ur-Floxiz Lochmaul can't be aggroed to start event 2 in Solteris. We've tried 5 new DZ's, and tried clearing all trash on the island. Event 1 was killed first, and we had a lockout from event 1 in all the subsequent DZ attempts. We ran this last Friday with no issues. This was on Mangler.

May want to check into this patch note: - Fixed a bug that could prevent auras from detecting players, this will resolve issues where players are sometimes unable to enter The Mechamatic Guardian, Caverns of Endless Song, or activate their Guild Hall Portal. Pretty sure the proximity aggro of this event is from an aura if we are now able to run up to him now without triggering anything. Usually aggros from half way up the hill. Please and thanks.
Not sure if this was fixed and re-broken or if the fix broke it... currently on Test server (preparing for TBS launch on TLPs). The event activates, but fails/respawns after the first wave of adds spawn. Additional symptoms: * Aprosis starts sending emotes as soon as you engage Ur-Floxiz (Aprosis gathers together a ball off.... etc) These emotes should not happen until after Ur-Floxiz dies, as Aprosis cannot be cast on until that point. * Event consistently fails and despawns about 10 seconds after the first wave of adds spawns.
This specific bug was definitely fixed, as we've run Solteris a few times since then. Seems like the issues people are posting about in Solteris are new
