Killing the task kicks the account out of the zone but then he is locked in "Lair of the Fallen" after relogin. It is not possible to login again. "Return Home" is also ghosted and not available. It is only possible to login when all in the group logout completely and login. Then the option "Return Home" is available to move away from that lock. This is really nasty!
Usually return home only comes up once you have logged out of the game for 30 minutes. Something like that. Did all group members zone in from the NPC in PoK or did you use a CF? Are you saying you kicked task with some people logged out? Thought I got kicked to PoK after kicking task the last time I ran this, but maybe I gated.
All zoned in properly from PoK. But the Quester left group and we went into the task for the zone update (explorer). Then we kicked the task good bye and the server kicked us into login screen instead of PoK. I had that before but never did I had issues with "Return Home" as an emergency button. At least he should send us back to the zone where we entered.
