I never bother to post this, but I noticed that in TOL the "Cissela's Melioration" spell did not have a type 3 augment to purchase, while TOV did provide an augment for the 112 version of the spell.
look on the bright side Cissela's Melioration is still an upgrade with out a type 3 and now you have more room for the other type 3's =-)
You might want to check the descriptions of all the augs. I noticed that some apply to more than one spell. I'm not familiar with BL spells, but it might have been added to another aug.
