Axe of destruction era ?

So what era does this thing start dropping. Allakhazam says Kunark era but I doubt it. Anyone know ?

As of 2018 it was still dropping according to the comments. Alla's says it drops off the drovlarg captain and drovlarg lieutenant.

Is there some indication that it was removed?

Not really, but given then stats on this item, I really doubt it's Kunark era. Just asking when it, in a TLP life, starts dropping.
