   I am going to play on Yelinak TLP and I am curious how Marketplace Mounts work
   
   1. Are marketplace mounts unlocked and useable from day 1?
   
   2. It looks like Azia buff only starts working in LDoN and the Beza buff only starts working on SoF. Correct?
   
   3. Does the marketplace mount levitate buff work on early expansions?

   The Azia buff works on Knights right from start of Luclin, I guess its a little bonus to help them out at that point.
