   For a while now I have not seen the the trigger SPIRIT CLAW xxxx from the Necro Wake the Dead AA pets. This is at level 120 with maxed AA for that line. It says there is a 10% chance that Spirit Claw procs for the pets but I have NOT seen one cast in like 2 weeks.

   Can confirm that this is an issue at max rank (48/48). I've used Wake the Dead XXXIX numerous times lately since you mentioned it and haven't seen one proc of Spirit Claw VIII.
