The Irony of the quest name, is.... Well, see for yourself. Speak to the lizardman: 3 combine troops killing a lizardman. You have to kill all three Combine troops so the lizard man will talk to you. Except... The Combine troops have 6.45 million HP. So by the time you kill the 3rd one, the first one has already respawned! Please increase the respawn timers to a more realistic level or cut the combine troops' hp by half.
IIRC you need either a group to kill fast enough or you can kill each to 5% then kill all 3 really quick.
Pulling them away from spawn spots to a safe spot works. Doesn't have to be 3 from the same set. Any 3 work.
