As much as I love karaoke and enjoy singing, a necro shouldn't be proc-ing a Bard synergy off bard synergy on himself. It's a little too close to singing in the shower when nobody's home, cause a necro singing IS insulting!
Side note: when Meleeing, it uses the proc, but casting a DD spell does not proc it. Just gives the error message about not taking hold and continues to count down... poor wizzies and mages gonna eat that spam tonight. So many wasted lines of parsing and data through servers.
The issue is the Effect spell wasn't updated along with the main spell: Base2 needs to be changed to 5 to match the slot change.
