What player level and alcohol skill level is required to request and complete the subject anniversary shared task?
Level 20 I think with 50 skill in alcohol tolerance. She will make comments about your size otherwise.

This item was released with GoD, so Im presuming its not available on the TLPS before that just quite yet correct? T.T Only 2 weeks out!
It was not released with GoD as there was only the 5th anniversary event which was the first one. The ZAM info is a mistake and maybe just a copy and paste problem. You will have to wait a few years on a TLP server for it as it does belong to the 16th anniversary event from 2015.which is The Darkened Sea expansion.
I just got mine today. 0.5 second cast time, 30 minute recast, clickable from inventory or hotbutton. on Live server. Nice to keep for emergencies, or if you know you won't need it in the next 30 minutes to just do stuff in PoK, or you want to stretch your Lesson a little bit.
