Race experience penalty still a thing?

Returning player. I know the class penalties are gone, but are the race penalties still in effect?

No penalties are left, I think the bonuses are still in but those might have been removed too.

Well, Iksar are still pretty much hated by all other races.

All racial exp penalties and bonuses have been removed. Class bonuses were also removed.

Yep, this is why 99% of people play ogre warriors/sk early on. I personally can't stand playing an ogre, but the frontal stun immunity can't be beaten. Makes ogres insanely better tanks until the AA's come in.
