Completed ToV paragon today with GD being the final of the four. Achievements shows all 4 done. Luminous Restless Ice shows 1% and has "The ice awaits Hero of the Great Divide" which is the task that was just completed. Have zoned several times since completing task and no change.
Not in front of pc but pretty sure you have to manually convert it with the check box? Are you getting a message that you don’t meet qualifications because it won’t auto conver to next rank.
