What clued me in to a UI problem is that my boxes never experienced it. I'd be like 8 seconds behind my boxes during a fight - the mob would still be at 50% on my SK, and on my shaman, it'd be dead. I can't help but suggest to anyone suffering lag problems...to at least back up your current UI and try a completely fresh one by deleting all the associated character files from the folder. See if it makes a difference. You might be surprised.
