I am a little confused. Its from original EQ and is still in the game. but somehow its not in any other expansion? I guess is it something released from original EQ and has not changed since? But then i guess it would be applicable to all expansions?

Is it some part of the character select screen? This has changed over time. Presently it is a pleasant scene with seasonal adjustments.
