Yes! I tend to forget Shadowrest exists (and didn't know it was classified as a city until I checked Alla's), but the Keeper is still busily zipping back and forth between gravestones. The catch I referred to is that you can't target it anymore, so it can't be hailed. It doesn't have a name overhead, but if you go in there with tracking, there's a blank line in the list and you can track that, which just shows "is ahead and to the left" and such. Now the Keeper of Lost Things has lost its name!
