Hi. When trying to use the "forgot password" function, the 2-step verification code I'm being sent via text message will not work. I keep getting the following error: The verification code your entered is not valid. Not sure what the deal is, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Edit: I should clarify: I’ve already submitted a CS ticket. I’m more curious to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
There seems to be something wrong with the 2-step verification at least. My other account got suddenly locked with, on the launcher, a message stating I need to attach a number because they detected suspicious behavior. But I cannot attach a number, it keeps failing with "we are unable to update your security settings". This started to occur right after the maintenance, I have created a ticket but over 2 days no response. I get that they maybe quite busy but it's quite disheartening to be blocked from playing with zero information or not a single update - even if it was to state there is an unusual amount of tickets / delays.
