I have been trying to access support since they started issuing refunds on TB/Mischief for the Ticking Companion, which I have not gotten all my DB cash back from (purchased 6 got refunded 1). I have tried to open support with both Firefox and Edge with no luck. Is there anything I can try to get this working?
