Regular spikes in the range of 2 to 5 minutes of not being able to do anything, mobs even stop fighting. Not seeing any lag on the bar 100% connection and 80-90ms ping, and no packet loss doing /netstat. It's been happening for the last hour and a half at least.
Happening again this morning, it seems to be related to the instanced missions taking longer to be ready to zone in. Trying to do "A Formal Dinner Party" and couldn't zone in for about 4 minutes, and having regular pauses in the mission now also.
